★ ★ ★ ★ ★ staff are not friendly or welcoming at all. waited more then 20 minutes on the phone to only be told that my appointment was cancelled with no notice. This is not the first time this has happened to me there. Staff do not know what they are doing, they claim they are professional therapists. NOT AT ALL!
