★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an appointment 2 weeks ago and on the day of the appointment I get a call from them saying that the optometrist wants to go home early and if I could come earlier. I told them I can't as I'm at work. Instead of keeping my appointment the receptionist then cancelled my appointment and asked if I could come on Friday morning.
I'm always taken back by all these offices that believe that nobody else works and you can just come anytime. They should pay me a cancellation fee as if the tables were turned I would have had to pay them for not giving them enough notice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She did a eye exam for some new glasses for me and noticed that I had some scaring on my eyes that was not affecting my vision but could in the future asked me if I was taking any medications ,I showed her what I was taking ,One of the medications was causing the scaring , she sent a report to my doctor who took me off this medication and replaced with one that will not damage my eyes ,Thank You , Dr. Sarai

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic is near to our house. We decided to go to this clinic today due to a emergency as my wife had something pointy in the eye and was in absolute utter pain. The staff was at the counter but it was just 5 mins into their lunch times so had shut the door. However through the window we were able to let them know that we had come due to emergency and requested them to attend to us. However they were extremely insensitive, arrogant and rude to us as it was lunch time. We repeatedly requested them to see us because she was in acute pain. But they only screamed back saying it was lunch time and to come back after 1.5 hours and take a appointment.
Anyway, We did eventually go to the emergency ward at surrey memorial where it took us more time but it would have been ideal to see my regular eye doctor instead of emergency.
Hippocrates would be ashamed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our Family has been using Dr Sarai for many years. Whenever there is an emergency such as a scratched eye she fits us in within a couple hours. She doesn't hesitate to refer you to retinal specialists or corneal specialists if required.
She has a gentle caring attitude and is very professional. The office is very clean, and the desk staff very helpful.
