★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Takes them a really long time to put lenses in. It took them over 3 days to put my lenses in and they said that they would have it done in two days at the latest! But they are cheap so I still go there?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve been going to this optical for so long, but last time I went there was for my 3 years old daughters glasses ( first glasses) and they made the wrong numbers on the lenses. My daughter was not comfortable with that glasses and I couldn’t even imagine that it might be wrong lenses until I took my daughter to he pediatric ophthalmologist and there I found out that the lenses were totally different number ?. I took it back to the optical and they never even felt sorry for what they did

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer satisfaction is measured not by the sales experience but by post sales customer experience. I experienced the worst customer service after I had bought the glasses from them. Gurnoor a sales representative in the shop did not respond to calls, presented a bunch of lies on interaction and just tried to deny help after the sales had been done. I would encourage you to go any other optician in Surrey.
