Seemed to be in a hurry to write me a prescription for farsightedness, even though I was able to perfectly read whatever he wanted. And I think he gets a commission from every prescription he writes, because he handed over my eye prescription to the shop attendant first.

I tried most of the frames they had, when I chose some I liked she would say the same thing.I had to get a pair of glasses as my old ones broke, she convinced me to buy the glasses by saying “If they were loose once I received them they would accept an exchange” which is why I bought from here.They did not fit when I got them and told me they would not honour the exchange policy.
G	Gurni Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience basically got scammed for $400+ Caucasian lady promised me a return or exchange if the glasses didn’t fit right.I finally selected a pair I liked I chose it she said it might be loose due to my lens number being really low and would be thicker than usual, but if the lens ends up being loose she promised an exchange becuase I really had to control over that. When I got the glasses they didn’t fit. They will not exchange my glasses and i am only 18 my mom was there with me as a witness to this whole scam. Now they closed this location! On top of everything the glasses arrived with damaged.

Talk about inconvenience, came in last week to get contacts, they had none that would work, not a big deal, ordered in a set, get a text saying they were ready for pick up, go in the following day, contacts are there, but even though they had an eye doctor there who could fit them, I was told they can because of the way the doctors are paid. The text did not mention anything about having to book in, let alone with a specific doctor. So a customer is inconvenienced because how they want to structure pay, another doctor can't help out. Unbelievable, I now have to wait till next week, take time off work to come back. I will likely be staying with pearl visions for future. Side note, the reception staff is very friendly and apologetic, even though it was well out of there control.

I gave this 5 star rating because the place was organized and clean, the staff were friendly and polite, the resident doctor (sorry I forgot your name) and Dr. Lin were so nice, knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. They give you options too for your own benefit. I can say they will really take care of your vision health! This will be my optometry from now on!
