As a company having to deal with a one year warranty claim, Artikas from WBI was incredible to deal with. Not only did he inform the homeowner of the warranty guidelines he helped us secure a trade to complete the work during these difficult COVID times. I would highly recommend using WBI for all your warranty needs. They are professional, reliable, informative and create a positive outcome for all parties.

I was in a bind and needed documents quickly to complete the sale of my clients property. I was expecting to have to wait a long time to receive them but Manjit understood the importance of the situation and helped me out immediately! Could never ask for better service.

Not reasonable with their claims. Brand new condo , Westbank( developer) nor WBI home warranty do not want to take any responsibility in an either defective tub or one of the trades dropping an object on the tub. I noticed the crack a few weeks after (which the unit had not been lived in) and they said since I didn't notice it during my walkthrough, the responsibility is mine. I took the maximum allotted time at my homeowner walk though. I am not sure what else I could have done. The approximate cost to fix is probably around $200-300 (which is not a big deal), but the fact that a BRAND NEW CONDO had a cracked tub which they didn't acknowledge or cover within 2 weeks is ridiculous. ANYONE is welcome to contact me if they would like to hear my experience. I do not know if this is a WESTBANK or a WBI Home Warranty issue, but the experience is(still dealing with it) HORRIBLE. Be prepared to be frustrated with these guys and not have things resolved.
