β β β β β I have been receiving multiple treatments from Iscope since last year after I had a MVA. Emily , Sara and Lavenya are amazing professionals of their respective fields. All front desk staff treat and great patients with due respect. Everyone out there is so much caring and it sure makes your recovery easy and steady.
I would like to point out one thing that can be improved which is long waiting time if you called in as a patient and need to book or change an appointment.10 to 15 minutes wait time is normal there but itβs not normal if youβre concussion patient and sensitive to sounds but you are forced to listen same dialogues β200β times while you wait to talk to front desk.
I would recommend iScope to all my family and friends

After much delay after an mva i was finally referred to iscope. They were very knowledgable and helped me to understand how my concussion was affecting me. The therapy and treatments have helped immensely. They've been a very helpful and i feel im finally on the road to recovery. Thks all.

β β β β β Been going here for vertigo and back physiotherapy. Emily is very thorough and attentive to what is going on with the body and the mind. I appreciate the kindness and flexibility of the administrative team (Leera) as well. I've made huge progress in my recovery couldn't have done it without them!

β β β β β I have gone to this clinic many times and the staff is amazing! Very kind, friendly and polite staff. Therapists are very good with the treatment they provide, understanding and considerate to my needs. Very helpful with booking my appointments. All in all I have had a very good experience at this clinic and I do recommend for others to attend the Iscope Clinic.

β β β β β Overall, my experience is great. My therapist gave me the exercises that I needed for each of my muscle area. They are funny, kind, but also professional. However, you HAVE TO be patient. Mostly in the first 3 sessions, you're not gonna do much except answering textbook questions. But the more information you give them, the better they can treat you, sogive them some time, and surely you will see your body-wise improvement.

β β β β β I have been with iscope for the last 2.5 years after my MVA. Over all my experience has been good with the therapist. They identified my vision issues and have been helping recover.
In the last 2 years there has been a lot of staffing changes witch has been a bit frustrating as I keep loosing my Kinesiologists. I realize my frustration is part of the concussion symptoms. Front desk staff has also changed a lot but all of them have been friendly.
Emily is an amazing physio and I highly recommend her. The neurologists and kinβs are also great. There is room improvement in some areas. Their answering service doesnβt know much itβs better to use ext 100 to get the front desk. The hold music is terrible especially for someone suffering from a concussion with sensitivity to sound. I have made several complaints, I have also heard other patients complaining but nothing changes when it comes to the music. Wait times on hold are too long in my opinion. The bike I use to use for kin exercises was taken to their newer Langley clinic about a month ago and hasnβt been replaced. It super disappointing as the other bike is hard to ride from people with balance issues. Other then those few things the therapist are great. They now offer OT and vision therapy witch they did not offer when I started. I received these services else where so no input on these at iscope. Having everything in one place is definitely beneficial to recovery.
I would recommend and have recommended to friends and family to Iscope.

β β β β β Overall I am very happy with the Iscope treatment team. The reception is friendly and helpful, and my vision therapist and Vestibular Physio are extremely knowledgeable and provide an exceptional level of care. 4 stars because the first Physio I dealt with was not very good, but she no longer is at the clinic.

β β β β β Iβm very grateful that iScope has expanded to BC. I waited just a few weeks for a virtual appointment with a Neurosurgeon who is knowledgeable about Post Concussion Symptoms, which is incredible by public health care standards.
The downside is that the intake process was inefficient and frustratingβit included a phone call that should have been an online form, I was prompted to complete the exact same intake form twice, and when I called about this they dropped the call and did not call back.
The Neurosurgeonβs report also seemed to be copied and pasted and included many factual errors including statements that I had been given recommendations and information she never mentioned.
Iβve heard this clinic experiences high staff turnover and I think for specific allied health services you can find better practitioners (Physio, OT, etc.) elsewhere. But for access to PCS-informed neurology and diagnostics, iScope offers far more than any other clinic or hospital, and I have recommended them to others.
