Great care, dedicated staff, but they do seem worn down. Your all so appreciated.

This lot provides both surface parking and a secured underground parkade. Over 600 spaces at $4.25 hour w/$3.50 additional hour, 24/7. Convenient but this parking fills up in peak times. I don't complain about parking costs. If we got free parking and paid the medical costs instead, I will gladly pay the parking.

Very clean and easy to navigate once inside. Paid parking, multiple bus stops outside. Small cafeteria inside. I've had several operations here. Not exactly a hospital "per say" it's an outpatient services facility.

My doctor booked an appointment for me to get a shot in my hip. It took 8 months to get a booking to have it done. Its only because I called a few times I knew the date it would happen. At that point there was no mention of me having to have the prescription that I needed for the shot I just assumed that because they never said anything that I was to just show up and get the shot One week before my appointment I get a call from an unknown number. Normally I dont answer those calls but for some reason I did. The woman that called was from the Radiology dept and called to remind me of next weeks appointment and to bring the prescription I asked her what was the prescription and she didnt know. She said the doctor would know I was lucky that it was a Friday and could get in touch with my doctor because if I didnt she was going to be away on holidays the next week You would think that they would send out an email well in advance with the information that I would need. After waiting 8 months I would of missed that appointment because of not being able to get my doctor to fax over a prescription to the pharmacy No other doctor from a clinic is going to authorize that prescription at the last moment There needs to be a proper way of contacting patients for an appointment especially when needed to supply the medicine Everywhere you go these days for any medical services emails you get a reminder of your appointment and any other pertinent info necessary not a phone call from a blocked number that most people will not answer I hope that someone from the Jim Pattison Outpatient Centre reads this and conveys this review to someone that needs to know how these things have been handled
