★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is never fresh. Whenever i ordered food from them its always dry even when you tell them to make fresh food they send you old dry food which is literally inedible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just wanted to say that my daughters mom worked for 711 in Nanaimo BC and I hope one day soon she gets back working for the company. It's a war out there and the groceries are excellent. I actually quit smoking and the last place I ever purchased again it's been two years and counting. Go team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had a great experiences at this location with the helpful amazing staff !!! unfortunately my experience tonight/this morning didn't go as well. I arrived at 350 am (I know too late) and the door was locked, and I could see two staff in the store, but I wasn't able to get in. I arrived 15 minutes later and the store was open, but they were unable to do a propane exchange until 630 am. I know I am crazy for cooking dinner this late, but I thought 711 was 24 hours... so best advice go during the day
