β β β β β Please atleast tell your employees to greet the customers. Not just say nothing scan the items and say complimentary thank you at the end. Please respect your customers atleast. Say hello to them atleast. Worst experience.

β β β β β Manager of this 7-Eleven is so rude and she do not know what 7-11 stands for. I am also a 7-11 employee and in our store we do not stop anyone to you public microwave for warming food. Outside food was not allowed last year when COVID-19 was on peak. She said not to bring my food inside and warm it. Moreover, once I came here at night to grab snacks around 12:05AM and employee was standing outside of the store and told me that it is closed. Head office should not hire them when they do not know that 7-11βs are 24/7 open. Please address this issue.

β β β β β This is the only 7/11 that doesnβt give you your full discount ( when those ladies are working) for purchasing 2 packs of cigarettes! When I asked the ladies working why am I not getting Full discount for 2 packs, they fought me verbally and and kept saying they are more expensive. Funny thing is when the guy was working I got my full 4.50$ Off for 2 packs of belmonts, whereas the ladies try acting smart and getting away with giving paying customers 1.50$ for 2 packsβ¦

β β β β β This location literally misses an item every time from Uber and now in person.. when we get back, wedges are missing. We canβt just go back and forth, we have young childrenβ¦
Please take the time to make sure customers get items weβve paid forβ¦

β β β β β They store employees are good. I have visited their early morning and need some food and other stuff and the person working their had made fresh food for me. I like it when they clean the hand use different glove befor processing the order, also thanks for not touching the food directly and using the tong. Recommend to everyone who want food early in morning.

I am a delivery driver i went there to pickup the order i reached there at 1.20pm i was there to pickup 2 orders one order item was 2 water bottles and other one was 2 gaterade. 2 ladies standing behind the counter i asked them my orders is ready they said yes. But they didnβt gave me the order till 1:35β¦ then she hand out the wrong order then i asked her this is wrong order you are giving me. She didnβt said single word and took the order back and scrolling on tab for another 5 mins. Look we drivers make only 5-6$ per order you guys make them wait like 20-25 mins even when you guys free sitting behind the counter. Well i ended up at not doing that order i spend about 25 mins waiting there and make 0$.
Please respect every human deliver drivers are also human.i still want to know how long it will take you guys to pickup 2 water bottles and put them in a bag??? I would never go to this place in my life and my message to all the drivers please dnt visit this place only u can visit if you want to ruin your day :(

Girl with glasses working on may 4th is extremely rude.
They have the promotional item $$ displayed, but when you go to checkout and see them charging the full price, they donβt even acknowledge that they made a mistake not removing the displayed discount.
That girl doesnβt even respond to the queries.
She needs to know how to work in customer service.
Maybe better training is much needed.
Worst 7-eleven, bad-luck near my place this is the only one.
