We love Cora's and have been going to various locations for years, but this location is to be avoided. The food took a very long time to arrive despite the restaurant being barely half full. My friend's food was cold and when mine was barely warm. When asked if the kitchen was shortstaffed today the server just said that she brought the food over right away. Almost like she didn't believe us about the food temp...? Weird position to take. Generally service was poor, we were left for long periods without anyone checking on us, had to wait a long time for the bill. Go to another Cora's, avoid this one!

The worst experience in Cora ever! We went to richmond's, Victoria's and coquitlam's Cora never been this bad! No service and paid 15% tips for not to be a cheap Asian! But still I have to share our worst dining experience! We were there for breakfast with empty stomach with my daughter who is under age 10 and we have to wait for a hour to get our food served. We couldn't see our waitress when our coffee were empty and other waitress just pretend didn't see our table, no eye contacts even when we tried to wave her to get her attention. Finally we saw our waitress after more then 10mins and still no sign of food. My girl is too hungry, please let me ask who will eat before breakfast? She is hungry after a hour wait! I found our waitress and asked her to provide our toast first then she serve all our food so if I didn't ask we have to wait even longer? Anyway toast without any jams, I had to ask for jams... coffee out of cream? I am tired of kept asking! We still tip her for her worst service. Oh and after a hour wait no apology, looked like waiting for food is normal there. We got bills very fast, no asking she was ready for us to pay ??? they took my coffee right after I paid. We will not go back again, and told our friends not to go there for sure!!!if u have time to waste then go ahead, prefect place to waste your life there. And experience no service , why not provide self-service bar, save company's money lol.

After many great experiences at the Langley location, I was so incredibly disappointed with my visit to this Cora's over the weekend. My experience was in line with the other 1-star reviews I see written here, with the major common thread being that management did nothing to apologize or attempt to repair the situation until it was much too late. I'm not sure who was at fault (server/kitchen/etc) but I do know that management/the server had several opportunities throughout to salvage our experience and they didn't take them. It seems you have a 25% chance of having an awful experience at this location so it's worth it to drive to Langley where you KNOW it will be good.

The staff were amaaaaazing we went by 12 noon wasnt too full food came perfect couldn't ask for better food or service i even changed around my dish ... recommend

Excellent location. This is better than the Cora's in Burnaby. The food is delicious and they are generous on the hollandaise sauce which is a big deal for me cus I love hollandaise sauce! The location is big and airy and it feels like there is lots of space. The servers were respectful and friendly. Food was excellent. I have no complaints at all for this location. Oh for those ppl who have never been to cora this is a colorful bright happy place. Excellent for families and children.

ZERO STARS. THE WORST CORA'S EXPERIENCE. Walked in at 11am. Seated. Waiter shows up 15 minutes later! Brings our drinks 15 after that. Food brought to us 25 minutes after that Then 20 minutes to try and eat the better part of the breakfast. Potatoes were uncooked. Waitress never came back to serve more coffee to my husband. Mocha was cold by the time my food came out. Our 4 year old girls constantly asking why is it taking so long?? Left half our food. Waitress surprisingly shoes up at the end with the receipt. Told her my concerns. Just apologized and continued putting in the amount on the debit machine. I said I want to get reimbursed for half the food we left on our plates and for serving us uncooked potatoes. If someone came up to us, I would have addressed it right away but no one did. She goes to her manager.... who gave her 2 coupons to give to us. The coupons were a free smoothie drink if we spend $9 or more on a meal! SERIOUSLY?! After this you expect us to come back to your location?? I asked the waitress to bring her manager because we were so baffled. Manager (Asian lady who couldn't speak English properly) comes out and offer me more POTATOES! SMH!! What am I going to do with more potatoes now? I had to get stern and told her to credit me for the uncooked food and horrible service. She finally ended up giving 20% off. We love giving tip, but this time around decided a tip was not deserved at all. On a side note, there are sooo ma y workers confused on what they should be doing. Three people at the front standing. The same three cleaned a table thay became available in front of us and had no one standing at the front. Skipthedishes and uber drivers were standing at the entrance for an average of 20 minutes to pick up food, one even losing it for having to wait for so long. The restaurant is extremely mismanaged. They need better managers at this busy location!

Excellent place. We ended up on a Monday brunch. Service was excellent, coffee was hot and food was delicious with generous portions, lots of fresh fruit. They have kept it nice and simple. Good place for family dining.
