★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not necessarily the fault of the children who work there, but I can not get over how disgusting the drive-thru-I-can’t-be-bothered hand out tray is. Grossest practice ever. Thanks so much to the City of Surrey for allowing these monsters to charge $0.25per bag. They hand me open food in a plastic tote that thousands of other hands have touched. Great COVID awareness, besides being COMPLETELY unsanitary. Shame on both the company, the food standard authority as well as the city. This is an awful practice that needs to stop before someone gets sick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ garbage all the way from food to staff and location. would not recommend to anyone.. long wait times, rude staff .. courier delivery experience is very poor because of long delays on orders!!! they don't honor drive thru after 8pm for delivery as the app mentions!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charging .25c for a bag is ridiculous but need one (asked for one and was charged for one)as the order I placed consists of 6 items. Order is slightly delayed so pull over to wait which was fine but then the person bringing the food hands me a plastic container (no bag)from which I have to grab all the items and put them on my seat. One napkin. Everything is a greasy mess. Maybe McDonald’s should pay for cleaning my car .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi there again the people that work there are happy maybe it's a false pretense they got to show it but I don't think so they look genuinely happy corporate is doing something right for the people that work there so don't hesitate in going to get yourself the famous burgers and fries that they're known for but you might ask yourself why I only give a three star well until they come up with foods that are good for you other than the fries that's when I'll give them a five star because the restaurants are clean the parking is easy the people are happy bright clean restaurants so don't hesitate because of this review I just did with the three star rating because they should have a five-star rating okay take care

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow for drive-thru service, no matter if it is busy or not ! Most important is the hot coffee and ice coffee have never been made consistent. I kinda try to avoid this location !! One nice thing....there's a nice Mural on drive- thru.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 6 nuggets meal with large no salt fries and a flirt-o-fish sandwich. Ask to made fresh but Out of three items I got, only the nuggets was hot. The sandwich was cold and old.
No nuggets sauce was given, even tho was asked when ordered
Waited 10 mins in drive through. Not during rush hour at all
Very disappointed
