Reg at Sunrise was a very helpful person. He helped us out very kindly and with consideration. We bought a used trailer from a family on the island and Reg was the liason. He got us a great deal and we are very happy with our purchase. Thank you Sunrise and thank you Reg. ?

My story started with a phone-call I made to Bob in sales at the Aldergrove store, inquiring about a car hauler flat deck trailer to purchase. He was very, and I mean very nice. I decided to get the trailer from them. I drove a week later from Kamloops to Aldergrove. Bob was not there. I dealt with Gord, the company President. He showed me the Rainbow 16 ft. They had only 2 left. He showed me one. We agreed on terms and I bought it. When I signed the paperwork I noticed that the serial number on the bill of sale was different than that of the trailer I saw. I questioned it. Gord said that they were all exactly the same. I put a deposit and left as I had to come a week later with a tow vehicle to pick it up. A week later I showed up. My trailer was the only one left due to the fact the one I had "actually" viewed, was sold and gone. To my dismay I noticed that the trailer I had bought reflecting the serial number on the bill of sale was NOT exactly as the one I viewed with Gord. The one I saw was brand new. This one, albeit Gord assured me it was indeed brand new as well, had chips in the paint. On the handle, the tongue, and the body. A couple of the places where the paint had been badly scratched and chipped had already rusted. Yes, rusted. I complained now to Bob, as he was there this time. He became irritated and very unhelpful. No comparison with the nice guy on the phone 2 weeks earlier. Now ain't that a shock? Gord then came out as my voice was rising and I was getting very upset. The trailer "I owned" was the last one left....I could wait to get another from the next batch, but that would be weeks into the future. I needed the trailer NOW as we were leaving on vacation. Not to mention the 2 trips back and forth from Kamloops had already made. So then Gord brought out some black paint and began to paint the trailer with a brush. Unbelievable!!!!! Long story short, I had to come home and have the "brand-new" trailer properly painted. It looked like c...rap. I did not buy a utility trailer to tow tractors in a farm. I bought it to tow an AMG Mercedes Benz behind a 36 foot Class A motorhome. Therefore, looks indeed matter and the reason I did not go out and buy a used, ugly trailer for half the money. And now, the boards on the deck have began to warp. Great job guys. Not that I will ever repeat this mistake.

I called from Vancouver Island and bought the trailer on the phone from Mr. Reg Slinn. He was very nice and honest on the phone. He had the trailer inspected and ready to go, when I arrived the insurer also was there ready to complete the transfer document. He spend an hour with me and walked me through the operations and maintenance of the trailer. A great experience! Thank You Reg.

Reg is amazing at sales, great customer service. He tried his hardest at finding a trailer that met my requirements. Although there is such a shortage, we managed to find one that suited my needs. He was not pushy nor did he judge me in anyway. I highly recommend Reg at the cloverdale sunrise. Sheldon who deals with the financing and business portion was very easy and friendly to deal with as well, he is located at the aldergrove branch. All in all I was really happy with the customer service from both of these individuals

Reg was super helpful and knowledgeable. Bought our first trailer and really appreciated the time spent answering all our questions, and the recap on trailer hauling considerations and safety checks. I procrastinated visiting a dealer forever because I was imagining a typical car buying experience, but it was the opposite - totally low stress and pain free :) Zero regrets buying new from them.

Reg was very knowledgeable for the utility trailer I was purchasing. He went over all the details in how to lubricate the hinges and wheel hubs. Reg even demonstrated the wheel lock. I appreciate his professional service and willingness to answer any questions I have down the road.
