★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we booked uhaul at this location in advance and the booking was confirmed. We called in before reaching, uhaul customer care and store boy asked us that everything is good and we can come pick up by checking in online. Upon reaching, the office appeared close and the uhaul location scan code is inside. Upon calling, the owner rebuked us by telling they are closed and its not his duty to inform the customer. Why was booking confirmed at the first place? Why someone who spoke to us didnt tell the store is not open? The owner GUESS is so rude. Would never recommend. Such a time wasting and annoying experience.
The store boys at KP store/Uhaul told that there are many customers who are turned back with no reason. There was a Uhaul standing and available right out but owner denied to provide any services.
