Rented a u-haul truck and it came with 1/4 tank of gas. Put gas in the truck before I brought it back and made sure it was filled to 1/4 just like I was asked. Got charged $30 for fueling charges anyways. Complained and they refused to give me a refund for the $30 and instead gave me a $30 credit towards u-haul. Total Scam.

Wow what a great dealer. Was treated great by Tammy. She was fast friendly and explained everything about the rental. Best customer service I have received in a long time. Nice clean truck and easy to drive.

So I don't know if they are paying to get the good Reviews they have, because their conduct was very unprofessional. We were told "Our ATV customers come first than uhaul" and we can go online for more information. As I stood there wondering if I have to wear a costume to look like a customer. She was very rude she just yelled. Will never be back here again or reccomend them to anybody. That's what you can expect when you hire crack heads.

There are so many reasons : 1. The people told me that wait for 15 min, the lady is on call with someone in china. Once i ask them that we are waiting for last 15 min and we have time urgency, we only need the key, The lady and an old man starting shouting on us. 2. They told UPS is not a priority for us. If you want to wait then fine otherwise get lost. they don't have manners to talk to client. 3. They told if you are waiting here or you are not getting truck then its your problem not ours. Go and get truck from somewhere else or wait. 4. They gave an example that a person in Vancouver waited for 3 hrs to the stuff done and you don't have patience to say here. 5. I got the bill of 106 $. As per me it is overcharged. 6. I told them to do inspection in front of my eyes. The lady refused and told give us a key and go. I will take 1 hr to clean the truck. The address of UPS office is: Sinclair Motor Sports (59563) GST/HST no: 105438196RT0001 I was eagerly waiting for the survey and just wanted to see, what can be done against them. because i felt helpless there

Simply put the best u haul service is here. Fast courteous and professional. Even help with trailer hook ups. # 1 dealer over all.

If I could choose no stars then I would give it no stars they had the worst service ever. They screamed and sqore at me. they tried to charge me $400 for scratching a vehicle just because I walked by it and which I absolutely did not touch. Then they canceled my uhaul reservation and rented the truck out to someone while I was trying to re reserve it.

Providing the worst service. Made a reservation on 8th March for moving on 23rd march. and they simply called back on 21st to tell us that there is no truck available for several weeks. They can't make any arrangement and do nothing for it. The best part is the Customer service who has no sense of talking with Customer. These guys are so rude and I don't even feel like giving them a single star for making us stuck in this situation where we have to leave the current house and move and just because of them we are stuck here with don't know what to do.
