Took Toyota Camry from them. Very friendly and good service. I got the car a bit late, but they were accommodative of it. Harpreet and staff are very friendly in completing my transaction. Would highly recommend.

The worst experience I have ever had renting a car. I had a reservation, show up & had to wait for them to get organised. Went out to check the car, its frozen, cant check for damage from all the frost on the car. The lady asks for my license plate # for my own car & the insurance policy copy. I told her I never had to provide documentation to rent a car, & what difference does it make? What if I didnt own a car? Then what? I cancelled the reservation & told her what I thought. Theres nothing in the rental agreement that I received to say I needed this stuff. Could barely understand the lady, needs to learn better english to work in this industry. Stay away from this car rental rip off company. In all, this place & staff lick pouch. Don't become an enterprise statistic, avoid his place. The response(see below) is a joke. Its just to make it look like they care. I never heard from them after supplying the information.

Bad customer service. Not me but the girl friend got an icbc rental from them. First off they gave the car with a quarter of a tank. Which was odd most rentals will give full tank so you can give it back to them with a full tank no confusion. Try to give them a quarter of a tank but they weren't happy with it. I end up giving them half a tank. Second is after they did the inspection they want us to vacuum the car because it was to dirty. We had the car over a week. I guess they don't have detailer working there. I do not recommend.

May 16th, 2022 @ 13467 72 Ave, Surrey, BC V3W 2N7, Preset appointment for pick up at the location @ 11.30 AM. When I arrived at the location, there were No customers or Reps at the front desk and reception. One lady and three men (Reps) were chatting and laughing at the back office and did not care about the customer, and I felt like they did not want me there. One guy(Rep) came after 10 minutes and asked me why I was there. I told him I had a pickup at 11.30 am. Then, he offered me a fundamental car that was not clean and presentable. I asked him, any possibilities to upgrade this; he told me I got to pay $200 per day extra to get an SUV upgradeβ€”a very rude and unpleasant place to visit or rent.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had with Enterprise. I would highly recommend taking photos of the vehicle you are renting from this location, if I had not I would have been on the hook for a giant scratch that was on the side which I knew I did not cause as I was the only driver of the vehicle. They did not have updated photos taken on their end. I was also told to just fill up to over half a tank, upon return of the vehicle I was asked to go back to the gas station for an extra 8L of gas. This would not have been such a big issue had I just been told exactly the amount of litres to put into the vehicle before return. I have rented from other Enterprise locations and never had such issues. I spent over two hours at this location as well because they would not take my credit card without a pin, I've worked for car dealerships and have had to deal with enterprise and have never had this issue either. I only am giving two stars, because I had to go to the bank to fix an issue with my credit card and instead of making me walk they gave me a ride for drop off and pick up.

Felt a bit misinformed. I reserved an intermediate side vehicle. When I arrived, they didn’t have any intermediate side vehicles so they put me in a full sided vehicle which was about $30/day more. I wasn’t informed of the price change until I returned the car. Tried to dispute it but had no luck. To add insult to injury, I asked for a drop off but was refused because I lived 5.2km away. Apparently the company will only drop you off if you’re within 5km radius.

I rented a car from them through my insurance because my car was in for repairs, they took great care of me. Provided shuttle service to and from Craftsman Collison, very professional, if I had to rent a vehicle, I would definitely recommend them. Provided me with a very nice car, the car was spotless and very nice to drive
