First prize for lack of professionalism, feels more like a hang out joint then a car rental place. No business etiquette at all. It's the customers fault if they don't understand what you want, it's a car rental office, I'm renting a car not an elephant. Telling customers to hurry up as they are closing in 5 mins. Well if the 5 or 6 idiots who were standing around actually did some work maybe there wouldn't be a line up. Walk if you need to but DON'T EVER RENT FROM THIS PLACE

DONT BOOK YOUR CAR HERE! I booked a car online for 8 days at this location. On monday i pick the car it was nice then i drove the car heading to my place and it’s really hard to see infront because the heater doesn’t work. Then at night when i drive the car again i turn the heater on full but still gives me a cold air for 30mins then after that you will feel the heater but not much. Come on man we need it to clear our front window. I called them the (hertz store) I tell them my problem then he respond I can’t do anything right now because we are closing soon so call tomorrow. I call them the next day stating my same problem but the guy who took the phone around 3:15pm on TUESDAY says that he don’t have same car and i told him you don’t even have SUV or any car this is a rental you should have cars. Then he said come at 4:30pm maybe I’ll get 1 car back , i told him i have work at 4:30 then he said he can’t do anything. I went there but nothing happen ended up driving the same car. THey don’t know anything about customer service and how to get customers. IF YOU NEED RENTAL CAR DONT COME HERE!

I get a call saying they have a 7-seater. Couple hours after when I head down, supposedly they DONT have a 7-seater now (this is the day before our trip). Gotta give it to my people, they sure know how to do business. All I can say is, don't trust these clowns.

I just want to thank Ronit and Rohan for making the whole experience so easy and pleasant for me!!! If I could give you 10 out of 5 stars, I would have! Excellent customer service: patient, clear, thorough, and caring! Last week, I needed to rent a car for the first time in my life, and I needed it fast! I’d reserved a car online but made a few mistakes. I called and talked to Rohan on the phone. Even though he was busy with another customer, he was very friendly and patient. When I came in, Ronit who took time to explain everything to me, and found me even a better car at an even better price! Ronit and Rohan helped me find a car that was perfect for my need! I would highly recommend this office, and the staff that I had the pleasure of meeting, Ronit and Rohan. I really appreciated all your help!!! Thank you!

Thanks to Mr. Amanjot Singh. It was a great car rental experience for me at this location. The professional approach made my weekly rental with Manager special rate, free upgrade, and extra hours in grace period of time to return the car.

I had a HORRIBLE experience dealing with this company, that overcharged me without my knowledge and am now having to dispute these charges! please do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE THEM FOR CAR RENTALS! I came in to receive a courtesy car as my car was in the body shop and was poorly advised to use this company. When I got there I asked if I could receive something luxury and they offered me a blue mustang with an added $50 a day charge that they wrote into the contract with pen. (First Red Flag!) I drove the mustang for approximately 5 days everything was smooth however I did notice the tires were pretty bald and on the 5th day the rear tire started leaking air. I immediately pulled up to the nearest gas station and called Hertz to see what I should do. They provided no assistance at all and was actually instructed by the customer service rep to fill the tire with excess air and try to drive it back to the shop! (Second Red Flag) I knew that driving the tire with a flat could possible damage the rims so I instead called a tow truck and paid out of pocket to get the vehicle safely to the shop. Without my knowledge they charged me $500 plus extra tax on the $50 a day that was not discussed previously. When I spoke to the customer service represent they accused me of doing burnouts which was completely false and I even told them to check if the traction control had every been turned off (in newer vehicles you can check) also when I asked to receive pictures of the tires they had told me that they had already disposed of it! Complete SCAMMERS! I asked to speak to a manager and was never called back. (Third Red Flag!) I am now taking legal action and will continue to dispute these charges as they were totally un called for and inappropriate! Once again do yourself a favor and do not rent from these SCAMMERS!

Awesome Sauce Staff, Service and Vehicles!! Had a reservation at the 132nd location for pickup at 3:30 on New Years Eve. As my car is in need of repair, I had to take a taxi to get to 132nd location. Turns out, the place was closed, no one on site and a not posted in window that they were closed all week. In a panic.... called Hertz 72nd street. They hopped in a car and came and picked me up and took me to their location. Found me a great vehicle and even upgraded me, at no extra cost!! I am super impressed - and believe me, it is not easy to do so. In this day and age, where all any business really has to offer, that makes them stand out and creates customer loyalty is CUSTOMER SERVICE. This location has it in spades!!!@ Thank so much guys! You deserve a raise. Will highly recommend you to everyone. ????????????????????????
