★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rental was extremely easy online. However, the staff is extremely rude. We had rented a vehicle for the Newton, Surrey location - the lady working at the desk was very unprofessional and impolite.
They were not accommodating at all which resulted in me having to cancel my reservation last minute for a trip I had planned.
When calling the company office I received the same unprofessional service. The staff again was rude, was not familiar with company policy and was yelling.
This was the the worst experience I ever had and was my first and last time dealing with Avis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only were they accommodating when i needed to change my times, but the owner managed to acquire a brand new ford mustang convertible for me. Less then 400 kilometers on it! Dont let the small exterior fool you. I will for sure be a return customer. Thanks for the great time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were in a tight spot as the rental company we originally booked with over a month in advance ended up not having any cars to rent and it was a super busy week so a lot of other places had no cars left. Our trip would had been ruined as we needed to drive a lot. Ahmed was fantastic, he was able to get us a car last minute and held on to until we were able to get there to pick it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve rented a car from this location several times and all I can say is that this place has never let me down. Their customer service is great and they are willing to go that extra step to ensure their customers are well take care of. I would recommend booking in advance to make the rental process easier. Overall very satisfied with the service and will definitely come back unless there is a change in management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a car accident. A bad one. Avis helped us get mobile for a month and a half to get to doctor's visits and therapy. It takes time to heal so I wasn't driving but we really appreciated all that Avis had to offer to help us. Thank You Avis for our rescue.
