Rented a SUV. As of a COVID-19 i was thinking it will be sanitized but was not even cleaned. We could easily see fine dust particles all around over the dashboard and interior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made a reservation for a suv in there system it said full size car. Manager refused to give me complimentary upgrade. Will not rent from budget again. I used to rent all the time with budget no more.
