★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rent a truck from them before. Despite the fact I had filled the tank, they charged me extra $70 for gas on my credit card without my consent. I found it one month later when I got the credit card statement. Be aware!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an online reservation thinking I’d save time. Went to pickup my truck on a Saturday at 9 am and the store was closed so I couldn’t pick up my keys. Their hours state they’re open at 9 am Saturday. Delayed my move by an hour and a half. Had to go to the one on king George.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made reservation a month ago and yesterday night I got a call from U-Haul representative. They told me that they don't have the 15'truck we reserved, and either we take van or have to go to Abbotsford to get it. We agreed to go to Abbotsford. We changed our plans and drove over there and they didn't have it. NO TRUCK. We have to drive back to Surrey to get it. The worst experience ever.
