The service I received over the phone, at the front desk and ultimately in the repair shop was really excellent. The hazards of filling rock chips were carefully explained and, happily for me, I was able to drive away with a fixed windshield after 20 minutes. The process was no cost to me - Kirmac's ICBC claim amount is donated to BC Children's Hospital - which is very cool.

A	Anthony lo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got rear ended, took my car to Kirmac Surrey. The wait for the Rear Bumper was 4 months. Anna was helpful to set up the rental and explained everything well. The other gentleman I don't know his name, when i went to inquire about the parts has arrived or not, he took the time to check on the system, which showed was not there, he then went to check down if it is there or not, WALLA it is there so he booked the appointment. I was pleased with him at least he went physically to check for the parts, hats off to that. The repair job was done on time and updated by Anna through SMS of the progress. Car vacuumed and cleaned well too. Thanks for the great customer service and job well done.

Shout out to Anna who was extremely helpful and genuine and really made the whole process very easy, which I’m grateful for! I would recommend this location just because of the wonderful person they had at the front desk.

I like how they set you up with car rental while your car's getting fixed, SMS messages for updates on the car and fixing the car is fast provided that the parts are available. I also like that they returned the car clean. Anna is very accommodating and super nice! Can't get customer service this great anywhere else.

I was shocked how nice and helpful everyone was, you don’t get that kind of customer service these days. They fixed my car very quickly with only having to wait 2 days for my car to be repaired!! On top of that they offered a rental vehicle for the time it would take to get it fixed. The work was incredible, they even cleaned and washed up my car making me feel great getting back into it. I have been there twice now and I will only go there from now on as both times we’re exceptional! Hats off to everyone that works there, keep up the amazing work and thank you thank you thank you!!!
