★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dominic and the team did great, excellent customer service and workmanship the paint matches exactly. Provided me with a courtesy car until my vehicle was ready to be pickup. They worked with ICBC to fix my car.
I would recommend to anyone in need of repair to their vehicles.
Amazing team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have dealt with quite a few auto body shops before and I have to say 24 hr has provided the best experience thus far. Seema and DB took special care of my elderly mother. From the very nice BMW courtesy car to even dropping it off to her personally. All I can say is don't think twice use 24 hr!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to get your car repaired. Dominic and team were courteous and professional. I was updated on a regularly basis on the status of the repair, and was provided a courtesy car in lieu of not having a vehicle to drive.
My car was repaired in a timely manner and the quality of work is great. I’d definitely recommend this location to other friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best collision repair shop in Surrey. Excellent service every time I come in. DB is always helpful and always go the extra mile. When I brought my car in the staff was very helpful and had great communication to whats going on the whole time. When I got my car back it was sparkling clean and they went as far as waxing and polishing it and cleaning it inside and out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a bad experience at another shop in Delta, I looked online extensively for reviews on different body shops before picking 24hr. A business's core values trickle into everything it does so the fact that they had a fully functional website (rare in this industry), I knew right away that these guys are no ordinary body shop so the decision was easy for me. If they are willing to put that much effort in their branding and marketing, imagine how well they would treat your car.
Their cheerful staff also reflect their ambition to be the best.
After a great experience getting my dad's car repaired here, I chose 24hr again for my own car. I wasn't at fault in the accident so they went the extra mile to get my deductible waived so I wouldn't have to call ICBC myself.
Very high level of customer service (they opened the shop on Saturday for drop off to accommodate my schedule), unmatched professionalism (which quite frankly is lacking in other body shops) and willingness to go the extra mile for customers (delivered the car to my place).
Even gave me a loaner car of my choice. I am not an easy customer to please and I had a lot of requests that they took care of and that only reaffirmed my decision to do business with them. Highly recommend. It was good to know my car was in good hands.
P.S. Their buildings look cool with the red paint (very eye catching), and the office looks like a man-cave, give your designer a raise!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just picked up my car and I am literally so happy with the work they did, they have just put the biggest smile on my face. Absolutely amazing. They fixed my car to what it was before my accident and more! Not only that, the customer service is beyond exceptional. I will be recommending this center to everyone and telling everyone about my experience. Great, great work from beginning to end. They kept in touch all throughout, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond, not to mention all the little sentiments they left in my car for me to take with. Just perfect.

Just picked up my vehicle & was extremely satisfied. Excellent customer service!! The car was washed, cleaned and vacuumed! Exceeded my expectations. I will refer this company to friends & family!
