They are a father and son partnership with expertise and automotive
repair knowledge that exceeds a regular auto repair shop. They have set
themselves up apart from the competition. Proof of their auto repair
training on multiple car manufacturers are up on their wall to showcase
that they are here for the long haul and investing in the latest in
technology in the car repair industry.
I recently had an issue on my Volvo S40 which a different shop cannot
diagnose what was going on my stereo, AC unit and a coolant leak. It
took Nic about half an hour to figure the issue and got me back on the
road right away. I also have referred them to friends and family members
who had brought their cars in for service and both came out with a smile
in their faces and confidence that they have a shop to go to if car
troubles arise. Highly recommended shop! Wish them all the best in the
industry !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nick installed a pair of BBK headers on my 2017 Ram 1500. BBK claimed they were simply bolt on, that was far from the truth! Nick took on the job and was courteous and diligent through out the process of installation. I found him to be sincere, knowledgeable and customer oriented. Nick was recommended to me via a friend who also has a Ram 1500 (Nick upgraded his complete exhaust system). My friend had spoke highly of Nick's work ethic and honesty as well. Thank you for the help Nick.

Will also give you all possible options when it comes to whatever repair is needed and with safety in mind. Very welcoming and family orientated atmosphere. No job is too big or too little for the shop. Brakes, Timing kits, and anything else. They use quality parts that will last. Pricing is very fair and their work is top notch and done properly. Look no further for a quality shop to take your vehicle to. Highly recommend them and won't go anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nick is Very Dishonest, I took my work van there on Saturday to get the A/C belt and the tensioner pulley replaced. The next day I noticed an oil leak in my driveway and called the shop and left a message because they were closed on Sunday. I did not hear back from them on Monday so i called them back and told them that after they replaced A/C belt and the pulley now there is an oil leak .They told me to bring the van back and told me that theTransmission fluid cooler lines are leaking.I asked them to look at the leak and you could clearly see that the thin lines were bent right above the new tensioner pulley. I asked one of the guys who worked on my van and it turn out be the new guy who is still learning and has no experience at all.This mistake by Pro- Tech Auto Repairs ended up costing me over $500 in parts and labor I Will never go back or recommend this place to any one.
Think twice before you give any business to these guys. I have no idea why these guys have 5 stars reviews, they're probably from friends and family.
