★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently, I had to take my 2017 Honda Accord to Amex Auto body ltd for repairing. I had a few dents and scratches on my front bumper including my front grill which had bin damaged severely due to an accident. Mr Pamma at Amex assured me that my ride would be as brand new as it could be...and they kept every word. I also requested if they could change the front Honda logo and to my surprice they did everything as i had requested. They not only repair, they also sale cars which is very accomodating for any buyer. If anybody is looking for any repairs on all auto makes from audi to bmx to honda etc, Amex is a great body shop to check your car in. Their customer service is outstanding and they believe in making the customer happy, specially Mr pamma, he is a fantastic gentleman and very humble. I would persnally take my vehicles to Amex for any repairs, because of the peace of mind i get at nightthat my car is in good hands. Best family owned business - Amex auto body. I rate it 10 out of 10.......5 star service. cheers and thank you so much Mr pamma to you n your team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very honest & gentle person, Let me explain, I bought the rebuilt car from this humble guy, he showed me all the paper work, bills and damage pictures from the accident, nothing kept in hidden (it gives a big satisfaction). He gave me a few months warranty on the car that was really useful. Few days later after purchasing I noticed there was a water seepage into the trunk and was leaking the oil from the engine, for the moment I thought I got ripped off, but I took the car back to Amex Auto Body shop and not only he fixed both problems but also installed all four new brake pads free of cost, that was a brilliant customer service. Overall I found this business very loyal and satisfactory but little bit expensive comparatively to the local market for the rebuilt car but its worthy and a lot better than others....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my Honda Civic in for an ICBC claim repair just a few days ago. It was my first time coming to this shop, and I'm SOo pleasantly surprised that I happened to find this one on the icbc site. Excellent service; they took care of my car right away on the day I came in. Just 3 days later (it would've been 2 days but they were waiting for parts to be delivered) and today I have my car back in great shape. They even washed my car and cleaned/wiped INSIDE without charge. AND they gave me complimentary tire change service (I had to change out my snow tires for my all-seasons). Everything went smoothly from start to finish and they kept me updated on the process.
The mechanic/owner seems to really care about giving the customer a full service experience. It was my first time taking my car in for an ICBC claim, too, and they made it easy for me. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service and extremely happy about the work done. I went there to do my accident repair through ICBC, they repaired my SUV and I would rate 10/10, also they did service the car in and out.
Testimony is that:- where ever I am in Vancouver, I prefer to go to Amex if I have to choose one.
