Detail did an excellent job of cleaning everything and the car now looks like it came off the line a couple of years ago. I had forgotten what the original colors of the door panels, steering wheel, etc. actually looked like when the car was new. Wow - I'm impressed.

Left my recently bought toyota matrix 2010 overnight with them and picked the next evening (gave sufficient time). I was told that my car would be deep cleaned inside and outside both. Paid 160 without negotiating. When I brought back my car I felt that a stinky smell is still there. I saw a stain patch on the backseat and decided to wet vacuum as I hv one. I thought of removing out the back seat and cleaning it. As soon as I removed it I felt I was in hell (see photos). It took me 6-7 hours to clear that nasty mess, take out seat covers, wash and provide em back. I felt extremely bad paying 160 hard earned dollars for such a poor service. I felt I should go back to report but I treated this as a learning and promised myself not to go to such a service provider ever. My suggestion: call a mobile car detailer home and get the job done in front of your eyes at a reasonable and justified price.
