★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met with Brian for my imaging appointment and consultation. The appointment proceeded much as I expected to be honest, as I'd done a bit of reading on the concept. I was surprised how much asymmetry there is between my arms (possibly related to a recent injury). The level of detail captured is impressive. It's a validation of my progress as the system is more accurate than a simple scale. It also detected a bend in my spine which likely relates to another old injury. It's good to know where my bone density is on the scale, and I look forward to checking my progress in 6 months or a year. The system. Also produces a basal metabolism estimate based on lean mass which enables a better diet plan. I'm not able to commit to that level of data entry, but just knowing the calorie / macro limits based in reality instead of a vague estimate based on height / weight / bmi etc is great! Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peter was knowledgeable and friendly. I didn’t know what to expect as it was my first time doing this type of scan. The information was comprehensive and Peter made it easy to understand. I was able to come away with a firm calorie goal to achieve the BMI I should be at and ideas to achieve it. I feel it was well worth the investment.

I appreciated having the data compare me to another woman my height and age. I am using the plan and will go back in a year to see how I am progressing. Great info to make informed health decisions.

professionalism. They took the time to make sure I understood the bone density scan results and offered suggestions as to how I could move forward. Both had pleasing personalities and I will not hesitate to call again! Definitely a 5 star experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So much value and knowledge! I had my first scan back in 2020 and my second scan in 2021. Thanks to the insights I got I was able to add 1.2 kgs of muscle and while working on this, get to a healthy fat %.
It was so easy to focus on building 250 grams of muscle per month while having a secondary goal of losing 500 grams of fat per month.
My next goal is to improve my bone density to move from the below average density to above average in other to have strong bones in my 80s and 90s and beyond.
