Dr. Dhaliwal is always very kind and thorough during my visits, and Dr. Chu has done an excellent job on my fillers under my eyes and laugh lines. Very professional and compassionate!

Since covid-19 occurred, by now I have not received any phone calls. It's been almost 2 years. No respect and care on the client. I don't recommend on this clinic.

The staff was very good at walking me through what to expect during the procedure as I had seen an older version of the procedure where a scalpel cut the flap on your eye, instead they use a laser to cut the flap which leads to a cleaner cut and way less anxiety on my part to be frank (my only concern was how I would stay calm while they did this). Procedure was extremely quick and my recovery was too (back at work the next day). After care is easy (just lots of eye drops and wearing sunglasses). The result is amazing. My only regret is that I didn’t come get this done sooner.
Z	Zane Gill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible wait times. Expect surgery wait time to take 4-5 hrs but not because they are doing work. But because they don’t know how to schedule. Bring a movie. Or two. You’ll finish both before anyone even talks to you beyond the initial greeting. Like really just show up 3 hrs late from the time they tell you and you won’t miss anything. Won’t tell you your appointment times until 3 days before surgery. Looking at other replies to other reviews how is this Covid related? What provincial guideline is that? Guess my dentist…and my regular eye doctor…and my family doctor…and literally every other business is breaking it cause they can give an exact time 6 months in advance. Excuses…..for a badly run business.

Very friendly and attentive. The success I realized out of the surgery was amazing, showing 20/20 vision in both eyes. Even the doctor was impressed. Thank you for a very positive experience.

The staff handled everything very professionally and were even open to suggestions for some minor improvement items. The outcome of my vision improvement was exceptional. I opted for the dual focus lenses since I do a far bit of arms length hobby stuff, so I need to see without glasses. The long distance and night vision is now excellent. Back to 20/20 where prior I had trouble seeing into shadows and night driving even scared me. All great now. Thanks, I did not know how white my kitchen cupboards were until after the new lenses.
