Recently had my mamogram exam ( morning of Friday April 1st) , which I try to avoid every year but the nice lady ( Yvette I think) made sure I did not have a bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check in was smooth and fine. Cold room, A/C was on, not ideal when I changed into nothing but a drape. Gel was freezing. What would it take to warm up the gel in the morning like every other clinic does? Lastly, the technician decided to leave me sitting there afterwards while she wiped and put away the tools for the next patient. Might have made more sense to let me get dressed and leave first then take her time. Will wait the extra time for one of the other clinics next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinic is bright and clean. Lots of seating designed in a comfortable layout with plenty of spacing for privacy. Appreciate the swiftness of the service and special details (e.g. change rooms) to make the experience as pleasant as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was 20 mins early and was supposed to arrive 15 min before my appointment. Staff greeted me right away, confirmed my ID and requisition. My ultrasound tech came and got me closer to my appointment time. He was super professional the entire time and made small talk at times, which is always nice. This was my second experience at Mayfair and I would rate this place as one of the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an ultrasound booked for my huband on Feb 18, from the gal at reception to the Technician all people there were professional and friendly and took the time to explain everything to my husband. Everything was super clean. Will definitely recommend and use their services again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check in was smooth, however the lady checking in was wearing gloves and continually kept putting hand sanitizer on her gloves. (Which is not protocol at all) just wash your hands or hand sanitizer your hands. She had no patient contact all she kept touching was her own computer. the plastic around the counter and shield and masks of the employees is really difficult to hear.
Otherwise the tech was amazing, professional quick and made the appointment smooth and easy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They took me on time without any wait and the technician was simply excellent with a positive and friendly personality. He kept conversing in a gentle and friendly way while doing his job. It does have a positive effect on the patients. I wish the technician every success in his life and the clinic successful business. I don't have any hesitation in recommending them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived 15 minutes early as they had requested. Check-in was smooth and pleasant. I only sat down for a couple minutes when the technician called my name. She was cheerful and polite and had me gowned and in the mammogram room in just a couple minutes. The procedures were quick and no fuss. I was finished and driving away before my actual appointment time. The facility was clean and organized. I would definitely prefer to go back here if other procedures are necessary.
