Good winter socks, gloves. Good quality at Mark's. Work boots Coats Sweater's.
Now i want to go there.

β β β β β Weird to call a store men's work wear and not actually have any sizes for men. No Xlarge work gloves, no size 13 work boots. Everything made in China in children sizes.

β β β β β Been shopping at the location for years, last time, 2 months ago when called the store to confirm if store was dog friendly the answer was always yes, we came into the store as usual and this time assistant manager, who refused to identify herself, or her staff, rudely asked me to leave! The staff was screaming at me, started accusing me of being aggressive! I know Iβm dark skin and I have dreads but RACISM in your store should Not be tolerated! I was refused entry and yelled at while all I was trying to do was to ask- why there was NO dogs allowed signs since 2 months ago I was here with my dog without any issue! In fact staff was very friendly to my dog. Raising their voice, giving no justification or answers, staff refused to give their names, couldnβt explain why dog wasnβt allowed - thereβs NO sign on the store stating that dogs were not allowed. Store manager Sheri - you should look into your staff behavior!! Date of my visit was October 1, 2021 at 5:45pm- Friday, store in County Hills next to Winners where staff is polite and never raised their voice at me or my dog! If you are honestly concerned with your staff behavior, I would be happy to discuss it.

β β β β β If a place could feel Canadian, it would probably be this store. A lot of great winter clothing for those chilly days, and a great selection of work clothes for construction and labour, and also a small selection of nurse scrubs and clothing.
There was an issue for sizing that I suppose was just inevitable, since we needed clothes and some of them were either in too large of a size, or too small of a size.
Remember, layers, layers, layers for winter and you can definitely get those layers here.

β β β β β Put me on a 10mins hold and no response. This location always had poor customer service. Once an employee lied about the markβs price match policy. Employees are super lazy and definitely needed more training.

β β β β β Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Had to return work pants, was painless and they found me exactly what I needed very quickly. Selection is not as good as most Marks.

β β β β β Must say the sales representatives are very nice. What Mark's needs to do is update there inventory so the staff knows exactly what in store. Went to 3 different stores as they checked there inventory and said the item was in stock and it wasn't. Wasn't a very happy person. I'll not go back. I do a fair amount of shopping at Mark's
