β β β β β Every time I visit this website to shop I am always impressed by the selection, however, as great a selection as it may be the website is ALWAYS what seems like 90% sold out. I've never found anything I like in stock and so I gave up trying. I duno if there is a certain day or time that is best to find available items but I've never found it. Not worth the frustration or disappointment.

Despite making an appointment, I had to wait outside for 10 minutes before I was brought into her house.
Despite selling clothing out of her basement, the owner charges the same rates as real brick and mortar locations.
Comments/pricing for some items was much less than market.
Did not communicate the need to dry clean items before sale, or pricing percentage until I had driven all the way over with my clothes.
I agreed to sell 6 items with the owner and wanted to take 3 items home. She put all of my things in an insecure container outside for pickup, and was rude upon pickup. She also refused to keep any items for sale.
Overall, a very unprofessional experience! I have consigned items before in Vancouver, where I felt respected and understood. I left Joyceβs offended.
