She was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the product. With a little care, Red wings last a long time, so a little extra cost up front is no big deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible recommendations, I had redwing boots and they just recommended me to throw them in the trash because the stitching started to come apart. I won't ever buy these boots again and I don't care for the smug comments I heard from the staff, I recommend to buy another brand of boots mine didn't even last 2 years and I also put vibram soles on mine, very upset of how you treated me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some questions to ask before you head into a Redwing. Do you want the best quality boot? Do you have money for the best quality boot? This is hands down the best leather boot money can buy. I am personally on my 12th year and 3rd pair of redwing boots. I can’t express how absolutely impressed I am with both the craftsmanship and service of this company. Got an issue with you boot? Bring it in! They will fix it! Only issue; they are not cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in today to try on a couple different pairs, I need new work boots and also decided a nice pair of Moc toes for my every day were in order as well. The wonderful lady who helped me was super pleasant to talk to and was very fast and knowledgeable. I have to wait for a few days to pick them up because of my work schedule and even knowing that she was super helpful and stayed the course to make sure I found exactly what I needed. Can not wait until I am back on Monday to pick them up!
