Great deals with a friendly smile. Like one youd see out of a dentine ice commerical! Sure sparkles. But enough about this awesome Keaton guy! He hooked me up with a freeesh new pair of yeezy 350s!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into LB Chinook location today to see if there was anything to be done about my recent purchase made in December, a pair of adorable Michael Kors booties, that had prematurely begun to fall apart. Connor, the store manager, who has been with the company for a number of years, handled the situation extremely well unlike the employees at their sister location at Market Mall. He was understanding and immediately found a replacement pair in stock and exchanged them without a moment's delay. I believe that his demonstration of customer service today will keep me coming back as an extremely loyal client. Thank you so much Connor for being so wonderful at what you do and for treating me the way you did; I appreciated it immensely and it does not go unnoticed.

Usually, I don't go to Chinook mall, but this time I went to buy a pair of shoes at this store, and I have to say that they really outdid their job. The sales associates were very friendly, helpful, and attentive to their customers. Thank you very much to the sales associates, because today I left your store with a happy face.

I ordered a pair of Matt and Nat flats however due to Matt and Nat's new shoe size change, they kept sending the incorrect pair to the store. The Entire team was immensely helpful and went above and beyond what I expect. I ended up returning the Matt and Nat pair and bought a pair by the Little Burgundy brand. Will definitely be coming back to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girl that helped me buy Blundstone boots today was amazing! She was patient, helped with color choices, even gave me tips on how to care for the boots to help with the longevity. She helped me when I was looking for Hunters before, but I ended up not buying these because I wasn’t sure which style I wanted to get. Whether I buy anything here or not, the staff is always so helpful and you get greeted as soon as you walk in. This is how all customer service at every shoe store should be like!

While I cannot delete the experience I went through, I will add that over the course of the last month, the HQ at LB really demonstrated they care about their customers. They have gone to great lengths to listen and have assured me they would use this as a learning lesson for the manager. I felt my concerns were addressed perfectly and was -happily- surprised how serious they took this. You have won me over as a future customer for this reason.
**ORIGINAL REVIEW**
You know what’s cool? When you go to buy a pair of boots that are marked at price “a” and the Staff confirm that price and when you get to the till is $60 more expensive and the staff want to sell it to you for the marked price because they admit the store made a mistake and then they check with the manager and the manager says no way. That’s what I call 2 star customer service. And it’s too bad because the staff were really nice and sympathetic.
