Kristen and Chris gave me outstanding service on the 3 occasions i've shopped here. Excellent sales, liked the clothing when purchased, at home LOVED the clothing after wearing them!!
I'm a fan of the instyle clothing and really appreciate the great service at this location. Kristen really went out of her way to give me a fantastic shopping experience in her store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was curious about this store and decided to spend some time observing and looking for ideas for teenage granddaughters. Sales associates are friendly, informative and helpful. They do their best to assist, even when the store is packed. When out of stock, they suggest alternatives, and do their best to clear out the changing rooms that people leave full of clothes. Associates have a tough time keeping shelves neat and arranged as customers repeatedly grab and throw things back on shelves and tables.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to return an item and buy another and the cashier at the front was extra rude, first she interrupted me 3 times while talking to her colleague as if I am not even there, without even excusing herself, and when I asked for the 2nd item to be returned she made a rude comment about the first return is already processed I was supposed to give it to her together. It’s not about the process but the attitude this lady showed me, and the way she talked, that was very insulting. Is it because I didn’t look like a typical blond, was it the prejudice or because she is just rude? Whatever it was, customers can’t be treated this way and I won’t be returning to be retreated this way. I didn’t get her name but The store needs to do better in the customer experience!

She truly made me feel so confident and good in everything she gave me to try on I couldn't not buy them. She made the experience so good, definitely will be coming back for her!!
