Nhann helped me out and was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and letting me try on different sizes. He even brought over a sweater so I could test out the comfort level with multiple layers on.
Overall better design, warmth, and build quality compared to Canada goose. A bit pricier at Moose Knuckles, but WELL worth it.

Anyone reading these reviews should ignore the negative reviews made by people who just can’t follow Covid policies or wait in a line up.
I witnessed customers harass the manager first hand for waiting in like but she still managed to deal with the situation in a friendly and overall professional demeanour!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience at this moose knuckles was great. Went in looking to get a 3Q jacket. Ashley took care of everything. The jacket was out of stock in store and online. She still managed to grab two jackets for a friend and I. She went above and beyond to serve us. The one star reviews on here are mostly from Boxing Day shoppers and we all know how these shoppers can be. My experience here was great and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for great outerwear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the bad reviews on Ashley are completely false, just arrogant people who are upset and feel entitled, expecting no lines on days such as Boxing Day.
Ashley went ABOVE and BEYOND to help my family find 2 jackets that were basically almost all sold out, and took the initiative to help us out with ordering. She ensured everything was smooth, and made sure we were happy with everything and made the process of ordering SO EASY. She is definitely one of the best people we have met in retail who was attentive, kind, funny and not pushy in any sales, and made the whole interaction so personal. So friendly and down to earth. Thank you so much Ashley for your help! :)
