★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great option for getting into the world of essential oils and diffusing, but their prices are not great and the quality of their diffusers is not great either. I purchased a diffuser from Saje and was given another diffuser from another brand (Aglaia) and the one from Saje broke twice in the first few months I owned it. One good thing about Saje is that they have a lifetime warranty on their diffusers, so both times my Saje diffuser broke, they replaced it the first time and replaced a broken part the second time. Unfortunately, it is a hassle to keep bringing it back especially if you hate the mall like I do. I have mixed feeling about this store! The staff are generally very kind though. It’s the prices and quality that are the problem!

I came back and told them that my Jasmine essential oil was not coming out so they told me to try heating it up, but they offered to replace it on the spot for me anyway. I will definitely keep coming back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into the store with a broken diffuser because of my dog. ( and when I say broken I mean in 150 pieces)
This was really important to me as it was from my brother for Christmas and the lady there replaced it and had me out of the store in 5 minutes.
Remarkable service and staff at this location. Thank you so much, I really appreciated this!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in Saje yesterday for the first time and both gals working were extremely kind and helpful. I was greeted with a warm welcome and peppermint halo, and given a tour of all the products and she was extremely knowledgeable about everything, even recycling details about packaging. The other gal went above and beyond helping me pick a product for menstrual cramps and discomfort. She made me feel like a friend rather than a customer and I was blown away by her service. I will absolutely return to this store and recommend it to my friends and family!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience here today. I found the two women working very kind and they made me feel very welcome in this store. The energy I get from this store is really of an intent to heal people and simply not to push products. I was left to comfortably shop on my own and never felt rushed. I ended up choosing two oil roll-ons. I purchase many essential oil products (both from commercial and indie makers) and I always find myself returning to Saje. I find their oils to be very high quality and the blends are brilliant. They just know what to perfectly pair together to make such amazing scents for various needs. I can't wait for my next visit.

My e-gift card wasn’t working in store and i Was turned away and asked To use it only online. Then the staff member proceeded to tell me that they haven’t updated their computer systems as it’s too costly so they use an old system not compatible with e gift cards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such an amazing store with amazing products. The staff was so helpful & knowledgeable. I didn't catch the name of the lead team member helping me (her #743656), but she was so sweet and patient and hooked me up with a free shipping code for a product that was not in stock. Customer service like this is what makes consumers want to keep coming in. Great job Saje. I love this company and all their products and what a great experience for in-store shopping!
