About Frida Beauty Bar
before:
avoid all blood thinners including alcoholic beverages, advil, aspirin, aleve, omega 3, fish oil, vitamin e, ginkgo, st. john’s wort, or garlic to avoid bruising.
after:
do not lay down for 4-6 hours after treatment to avoid migration of botox.
avoid placing excessive pressure on the treated area for the remainder of the day.
when cleansing face or applying makeup, be very gentle Avoid exercise, or extreme temperatures for the remainder of treatment day.
you may continue animating as normal by exercising the muscles treated.
redness and slight swelling is normal. some bruising may be visible.
you may experience some tenderness or a stinging sensation at the treatment sites that can last for a few minutes or up to a few days.
clients can occasionally experience headaches 1-2 days after treatment.
follow up:
your botox will start to take effect in 2-3 days and full results will be seen in 2 weeks.
if there is any asymmetry or “spocking” at day 14, book a follow up appointment for a touch up.

Every babe I’ve trusted with my appointments, have been absolutely incredible! They are all extremely knowledgeable, & I feel confident that no matter if it’s in the academy, or a regular appointment, I am in the best hands, & will love my results! Not only do I know that I’m in great hands, but they are all so lovely & friendly, that I feel totally comfortable for my appointments, & feel as though we’re friends. It’s always a great day when you go to Frida - not to mention, have you seen how beautiful it is?!

She listened to my hair concerns and was ready with suggestions for a service. I didn't feel rushed when explaining what I was hoping to have done. Very professional and transparent about the cost for services and what was included in each one. She was able to book me in promptly and I am looking forward to going back to get my hair coloured and cut with her. So far very impressed ?

I was little nervous getting my under eyes done but she explained everything thoroughly to me and made sure I understood everything and what was happening. Some places push to get more done because they want to make more money but not at Frida. love their approach on fillers/botox, less is more! So in love with my results! Highly recommend her and will continue to see her. Everyone I have met at Frida have been so kind and accommodating!! Thank you ladies and especially Alex!!!
