★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Im always greeted with a warm smile and they remember who I am, very rare to find. As soon as you walk in you feel like home, the atmosphere is inviting and definitely does not feel like a “corporate box” which is amazing!! I definitely recommend following them on Instagram, they tell you when they get fresh delivers. Oh also love their client files so I know what I’ve gotten before. This is by far my favourite store and my always go to since they opened!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (Sept 2020) Went in earlier today and was denied service due to an expired licence. I wish that was the end of my review and interaction but instead the middle aged white woman who served us spoke very slowly to me and my friend (myself an asian woman) as if we didn’t speak English. Disgusting to see someone’s racial biases (acknowledged or otherwise) so proudly on display. Even if that is not what she intended that is how it was received, we left the store embarrassed after being talked down to. Will not be returning to this store that comfortably employs (or owned by?) racists

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The folks working at this shop are beautiful baby angels sent from heaven! I was so excited to see a cannabis shop finally open in our neighborhood, and was impressed by the stock at pricing system when they finally did ($30-$40-$50 price brackets for all strains BRILLIANT)
Not only did they have (and have always had constantly since my first visit) exactly the profile I was liking for, they consistently recommend similar strains that are actually similar without up-selling.
10/10 I would recommend this shop to anyone who does or doesn’t know what they’re doing, they won’t do you wrong.
It doesn’t seem right to take off a star from the rating, but I really wish they were open beyond 8pm. I would much rather give them my money for what I’m actually looking for than drive 10 minutes to another shop for whatever they’ve got at whatever price they’ve decided just because it’s open 2 hours longer......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is full of pretentious rude people. I have not once ever gotten good service from over 3 different cashiers. I highly suggest everyone takes their business to the Tokyo smoke down the road because these people are overpriced, rude, and belligerent.

Rounds up thc content on their menus.
Been in 2-3 times a week for 2 months and they still don't know who I am.
Prices are higher than most stores.
It took the gas station lady 2 visits for her to remember me. Show me some decent customer service.
And if you do have to eject people. Do it kindly. Not "I dont want to lose my job, so you need to get out of the store. (Insert hand waving)." This seems a bit much when a simple "I'm sorry I can't help/serve you today" would suffice.
Use value buds to save money, they're also able and decent enough to remember the regulars. Which is funny. Cause I came here to spend more but get better service.
Hard pass from now on.
