★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had some issues with Rogers and the staff at Cellular Cellar was able to provide excellent alternatives and price point on packages with Koodo. Not only were they able to put my family on the same plan for less money, but also more data and sharing options.
We were so impressed with their knowledge of the products we decided to also move our security and internet service to Telus. Having confident and capable people that understand your needs provides a positive customer service experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve always had a great experience over the last 20 years with Cellular Cellar in Marda Loop. They have well trained staff who are both knowledgeable and attentive to my cell phone needs. I’m always comfortable and confident they’ll select the right handset and phone/data package that fits me, my business, and family needs. It’s the people here, especially Gordon, that separate Cellular Cellar from the rest. I recommend Cellular Cellar any chance I get. They’re the best!

Gordon was super helpful and heard exactly what I wanted regarding a phone/plan and accommodated without pushing anything on me. He worked with me to get a great deal on a phone and an even better plan. There was no pushy sales moves, which I really appreciated. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an issue with the touchscreen on my phone no longer working very well, and was debating buying a new one. Luckily the employee named Alex was working and helped talk through and resolve my issue, turns out my screen protector was messing with the touchscreen and all I needed to do was turn up the screen sensitivity. Alex could have easily told me my phone was done and up-sold me on a new one, yet was extremely helpful and understanding, and took my interests as a priority. Definitely will do business here in the future when I do actually need a new phone.

Even though they were quite busy on the weekend when I came in they still were able to tend to my needs and show great customer service. I was able to get a new phone and a great plan for myself and my family. I recommend coming into the store and personally talking to Gordon to help with all your cellular needs.
