Do your research on this scam of a company before you give them any of your money. Way over priced and one of the biggest pyramid schemes. Look into the class action lawsuit against them... You can get good essential oils from actual stores.

Worst website I have ever experienced in my life! Have been a member for years but need to order only 2 times a year. EVERY SINGLE TIME I need to place an order the website is not doing what it is supposed to be! It doesn't find the product I am looking for (ex.mouthwash-almost impossible to find) and when I click on Add to Cart, it doesn't add it in. It is also a nightmare to be switching between 2 different catalogues (US & CA), and it constantly circles me around within the system. I always have to call customer support to place my order. In most cases they also cannot figure out why my side of the website is doing what it's doing. I have tried different serves but it's still the same issue. This is the worst and least shopper friendly website I have ever used! I do a lot of online purchasing and I have never had the experience I am having with this one. The oils and products themselves are excellent, but the site shopping experience is horrific. My review rating is based on the website experience only and not on the actual products.

Lovely place to visit if your curious about interesting pseudoscience methods. Also the aroma smell is absolutely strong here! Other than that there are noticable flaws - Overpriced products - Multi level marketing (only works for 2% of people within) - Extreme claims that aren't always scientifically correct Just beware of those who try to pester you with selling their products

Quality products. However, curbside pickup is only available at the location at the moment, resulting in long delays in getting orders.

Love that I have the option to pick up my orders. They have curbside pick up available, and are easy to communicate with. Even got a free Ningxia juice pack with a great diffuser recipe! Thanks YL :D

I have contacted Young Living 4 times requesting a copy of their third party quality testing reports for the specific oils I have purchased. The customer service reps have no idea how I can obtain PROOF that their products are a good as they claim. I emailed their customer service about this issue and I have not received a response at all. Red flags anyone??? If a company claims to be the best prove it. I think they are hiding something they don't want everyone to know ..that their products are garbage and meet absolutely no third party testing standards. If they did...why aren't they forthcoming with the test results? Buyer beware! This place is an over priced scam!!!

Was not allowed in store I assume due to covid. I live out of town so always order online but would like to at least smell some before I buy. Disappointing your not even allowed in the store to smell oils you'd like to buy from them. Will be buying from elsewhere now

I have been a faithful monthly customer for many years & love the products that Young Living makes BUT their customer service is horrible! In April, I received a physically faulty bottle of CBD, resulting in over half the contents to leak out. I paid almost $80 for this product. On May 4th, I was told that a replacement product would be sent to me. Several weeks later, when my product still had not arrived, I contacted the company only to find out that it never got processed. My order was supposedly reprocessed. Now, today, on May 31st, this order still has not been shipped! I donโ€™t live in a world where I can keep spare $80 bottles of a product I use everyday. I needed a replacement weeks ago! Instead of expediting the product to me, they continue to just keep โ€œprocessingโ€ my order. I asked for extra compensation after the first mistake & was granted a $10 credit. But I question what good a credit really does me when I canโ€™t get the products I need. I have never been so disappointed!
