Clayton Becker was exceptional to work with. As it was our first house purchase, there were a lot of unknowns that we faced. Clayton was able to answer any question that we sent his way, and always did so quickly. He made himself available at all times and was able to show us places we wanted to look at with very little notice, regardless of how busy he was with other clients. For us, it never felt like we were being pushed to purchase or look at a certain number of places. It more so felt like Clayton was a friend helping us make our biggest decision to date, and often gave us his fatherly advice. When trying to make a deal with the sellers and their realtor, we felt that Clayton really went to bat for us to get us the best possible deal. Post sale, Clayton was always available for future conversations. Kathy Anderson is a fantastic agent. Her experience in the industry sets her apart from others as she is very knowledgeable, knows the right advice to give, takes the right photos, writes perfect descriptions, and is extremely supportive through the whole process. She ensures you are absolutely informed and connected through the entire process. She really is like family now as we've stayed connected over the years through buying and selling homes. Brenda Coulter is my agent and there is not enough stars in this universe to rate her with. I wanted a Real Estate Agent that understood what I was looking for and got me the price I wanted. Brenda met this and surpassed my expectations throughout every process of buying a new home. To start with, Brenda is a great listener and will understand your needs. She asks all the right questions and provided realistic/factual advice and research articles to my in-depth inquiries. During the home search process, she was always available (shocking how fast she returns my call), very patient, and asked the selling Agents questions I would not know to ask. It is a challenging time for buyers right now and when I felt discouraged, Brenda kept me motivated and excited to find a new home. In hindsight, I wish I had Brenda as my Agent in my previous real estate endeavours, but I didn’t and it was a hit and miss. Elizabeth Wong is an exceptional realtor! She walked us through the entire process for buying our dream home and selling our current one.  Elizabeth took in our requirements, and found us the perfect place.  She helped us with a competitive offer, and walked us through every step. After buying our dream home, Elizabeth sold our place in less than 24 hours, for much more than we were expecting.  She was able to arrange inspections, pictures, lawyers and everything! We’ve already referred Elizabeth to my brother, (who she helped buy his first place) and mother (who she helped sell her place!) Whether you are buying or selling, Elizabeth does a great job – can’t recommend her highly enough.

Andrew Campbell has been fantastic to partner with. From the start his approach to listing our home was well balanced between his experience and really listening to what we wanted. He took the time to understand what our approach was and what we needed in order to feel comfortable in listing it. When prepping for showings he made suggestions to optimize it but also was appreciative of who we are and what limitations we would have staging it. He was on top of any communication and action we needed to take and really guided us through the process. He was also very helpful in helping us to buy a new home and getting ahead of things where he could and digging in to find out more on the properties and in particular info we needed to make a great offer. He also helped us get connected with a partner in order to expedite a condition of buying which helped seal the deal. He is always available and proactive.
