★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came in to make a purchase yesterday which we were undecided about between a few items. We received excellent service from the sales person. She was very helpful and although we found out she was supposed to be on her break, she didn’t rush through the transaction, she took her time and helped us with any questions we had and pulled out any items we wanted to see. She took time to wrap up our item perfectly.
We appreciate the friendliness and for not being uptight like most of these high end stores.

When I went in they introduced themselves and ensured we knew who to look for if we needed help, otherwise just let us take our time to shop on our own until we needed to buy. I love how friendly and patient they were with us. Always a pleasure buying from here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store here is very neat and tidy I will give it that. But the employees aren't the greatest. Me and my buddy were looking at clothes kept getting rushed by 3 different people, and while I was waiting for my friend while he tried on clothes they just kept staring at me for no reason at all? Very odd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store is well organized and staff is very helpful ! I would like to thank Manjeet who helped us to choose a jacket for my brother , she went above and beyond for us ! store was supposed to close at 6 PM and we entered at 5:50, no body rushed us ! Wonderful customer service 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store has nice collection but the sales girl who has a short height is very unfriendly and unprofessional, she is quite rude aswell. Neither she was greeting customers before interacting , nor having smile on the face . Just like a stale dish. Very bad experience I had with her. I would like to request to HR head to look into this matter. Whereas, the other staff was polite and nice.
