Got a reading and the sales associate came to collect fee about an hour later! This store is proof that associating and catering to a higher end clientale does not equate higher end service or ethics. Management should re evaluate their business ethics and take responsibility for failed marketing ploys. Have no reason to ever step this store again.
R	Renee Lam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever! I do not reccomend people shop here! I used to really love this store until I had the worst experience trying to return an item to them. I realize that things were difficult during covid when the store was shut down but I emailed several times and reached out by phone regarding an item I wanted to return. Initially Natalie responded by saying I could get a store credit, which I was more than okay with, and to stop by the store that week. By the way I don't live in Calgary either but come down on my days off work. So I reached out about when would be a good time to stop by the store, this was back in March. I never got a response. I sent a follow up email regarding when I could stop by. Again, I never got a response from Natalie or Stacey. When I was back in town a few weeks later I called the store and they stated they got my email and yet I still never heard back about how my return would be processed. Due to this terrible experience I will not be wasting my money there ever again. As an fyi to any future customers. They up mark they're items by quite a bit. You're better off buying directly from the brand or finding other boutiques that have better prices.Hope that helps!

Always gorgeous dresses from Free People and For Love & Lemons. Stacey and her team at BB are super sweet and always helpful. I’m shocked at the review below, I was at the same event and while it was busy every customer was made to feel special and valued. From the sweet treats, to the salty snacks, and the tarot card reader, it was an amazing Galentine’s night and we had a wonderful time! Don’t be put off by what appears to be free loaders, this boutique is all about love and making women feel good.
