★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here after a few months with a couple of my friends and our server Kayla was awesome. She was super gentle, I haven’t smoked shisha in so long and she recommend lady killer for us and it was delicious.
We also had the baked nachos and they were delicious! She was so patient with us and gave us the best service we’ve had in such a long time. Kudos to her!!

We were greeted and welcomed by our server, Sarah, who was very friendly and approachable when it came to addressing our table's needs. She was very professional, yet casual enough to make us feel like we were not just customers. Highly recommend this bar, and I'm very grateful to our server for truly elevating our first experience.

She was really nice and just made the experience really fun. Days later and I still remember how much fun I had so I have nothing but good words from the experience I had here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I frequent Fire n Ice often and my latest experience was another exceptional night. The new menu encompasses lots of different backgrounds and genres. Everything I ordered was brought to me promptly and with quality. The drinks are very flavourful with the perfect amount of intensity and the smoke is very smooth and not harsh like some other locations. I was served by the very beautiful Bella who is very professional, well versed, and of course stunning. I will of course continue to recommend this to my peers. Thx again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took us forever to get a table. They made us a small table that made us feel out of place. The bartender was amazing but it took our server a long time to even service us. This was the first time at this place and it will probably be our last. We just wanted to smoke sheesha and enjoy our night but the bad service wasn’t enough to make up for the amazing bartender.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In a city devoid of many nightclubs, Fire N Ice fits the bill.
The most up to date popular tunes are blasted here and there are tons of people that come here; Covid be dammed.
The lights are flashing and there is a ton of staff working here.
It is fun when you get seated and order one of their bottles. A big do is made of it with the bottle being brought to you with much fanfare.
There is dancing and lounging here depending on what you want.
It seems that there could be a few too many patrons for the place to hold though.
