★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was here on June 23 2021 with my Mother-law she needed some new bras as her other ones were old and cheap. When we arrived we were greeted friendly and helped by an amazing sales associate! Super friendly and helpful she did do a bra fitting for my Mother in law helped her find her correct size , helped her feel beautiful again with a proper bra. Overall was super pleased with the staff and store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such rude and disrespectful staff working at this location. If I could give a 0 star rating I would. My daughter and I were not wearing a mask due to medical reasons.my daughter is Autistic and can only wear one type of bra due to sensory issues. We were chased down by staff, told to put a mask on, I explained we had exemptions, she rolled her eyes and relayed the msg to another staff via walkiebtaljie as she was telling her she rolled her eyes again. Found a bra took it to the cash where I was told next time wear a face shield if I have a so called medical exemption. I was confused and said why she said wear a face shield next time you come in , again I said but I don't understand, why? She said because it's respectful to the other people who are actually wearing one. I was shocked due to the up most disturbing disrespect we had received by her and the other staff. I said no and took my daughter and walked out. My daughter was very upset and very confused. We went to Victoria secret and spent our money at their store, we received no rudness no eye rolling and were treated very well. Please retrain your staff and maybe some sensitivity training as well. I will never spend my money in that store again and I hope you loose business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went in with a friend, we went to check out and the group of girl stood out in the middle of the store carrying on their conversation. Finally came to check us out and was very unfriendly. Dirty looks from the 3 of them were the only thing we were served tonight

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an amazing experience with staff at this location during Black Friday. Very helpful and efficient with their jobs especially with how busy the store was. Manager introduced herself and helped me find the perfect fit for me. Their COVID precautions made me feel very safe as it’s clear they take the safety of their patrons very seriously. Five stars and keep up the great work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in there December 6 with my friend, the staff when we first walked in the girl working there asked if there was anything we were looking for and we told her we were just looking. Despite the fact we both had multiple bags from from shopping at other stores. We took like 4 steps and she went and spoke into her microphone and warned her other staff working with here that we were to be watch due to looking suspicious. Very disrespectful and judgemental. We both just immediately walked out because why would we want to shop there.

I can't remember name of the lady (staff)who helped me to get right size,thanks to her I koodos!Now I know my real size(bra)haha!
