Location is in pickering mall. Standard store. Has more foot traffic due to the area but has a decent selection of items

While Amazon is doing everything that it possibly can to provide a user-friendly and convient experience, brick and mortar stores like Winners are doing the exact opposite. None of their shopping carts are not allowed outside of the store. Have to physically carry heavy items yourself.

This is the perfect place to shop for totally random Christmas gifts... if they don't have something for your distant cousin twice removed than your only option is alcohol. After a couple of laps and some careful browsing you're sure to find something for yourself and that boring room that needs an exotic knick-knack too.

Black lady with white short bald head. She works at the jewelry section. She was rude when I asked her to show some pieces. Pretended she didn’t hear me when were literally feet away. Bad energy the whole time. Didn’t know how to navigate when I asked her questions, I had to find info on my own about the jewelry pieces. Disappointed winners hires such people.

Not much of a wide selection of children's clothing in comparison to the Ajax locations. It's just convenient because I was already in the mall. The staff was very helpful though

It fits in with the mall, so it is, to me, stocked a bit different than regular stand alone big box stores. I prefer the Ajax location

Had the worst possible experience here, I’m an avid Squishmallow collector and had been looking for weeks for a specific one. I saw it on hold for another customer which expired in 5 minutes, was five minutes before closing, the employee graciously took our name. Called the next day and the person never showed up to claim her, so it went to us, and we got it on hold until today due to calling near the end of the day yesterday. We drive half an hour to the store, excited to go pick it up, and wait in line for another 20 minutes. We get to the front of the line, tell the employee the name for the hold, have the same woman we talked to on the phone scouring the holds area. She comes back empty handed only to inform us that someone has taken it from us, despite only employees being allowed back there and it being CLEARLY HIGHLIGHTED with our name & being on hold. So in total wasted an hour of two disabled persons time, energy, and gas only for an employee to selfishly steal our item. DO NOT TRUST HOLDS. I’m beyond heartbroken that an employee would steal my item I looked so hard for. Should be ashamed of themselves.

Used to visit here. Until they jacked up prices to the point that Wal-Mart has become cheaper. No idea what they are doing. I overheard a manager speaking to an employee saying "oh we can sell this for $59.95" Then they both laughed. Kind of weird. Shop around. There are better deals and products elsewhere.
