★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good customer service. We've been a few times. Sales consultants are helpful and courteous, the store manager Glen was able to help and accommodate us with an exchange and even though it's one of the smaller Footlocker stores, it's well stocked for kids and adults.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in the Pickering Town Centre. It's not the biggest Foot Locker I've been in and I did not purchase anything here on this visit. I see some of the comments on the staff's attitude. I had no problems , just found their prices a little high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service was absolute trash. We were in the store for at least 10 minutes before my boyfriend went and grabbed someone for a size. When the young lady came over, I asked for my size, she said nothing.. took the shoe, gave it to someone to scan and then walked off. We left the store and went to another location where the service was great. Do better. Making the rest of ‘us’ look bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tag inside the shoe is $65.00, but the cashier decide to cash it in for $70.00 with an attitude....I went back to the display to show her, she walked off. Thanks to the other coworker who refunded the overage. ALERT...make sure to check your total before you leave the store.....seem like "c**id" is normalizing bad behavior.
