Its unfortunate this store has no confidence in their products. I purchased an item and went back to the store to exchange it on the same day. The 2nd item was about $15.00 less, they refused to refund me the difference and wanted me to buy something instead. Haha what a joke. Further the one person that is authorized to handle store credits was away from the store and wouldn't be back for more than 30min. So I couldn't even get a store credit. Haha.. lol Complete waste of time and my money. Zero Stars!

I would not even give a 1 star rating. I bought 2 sweater tops on Boxing Day and at the cashier I checked if the items could be exchanged as I had a lot of packages in my hands and did not want to try out the tops in the fitting room. I was told I could exchange in 2 weeks. I went back on 30th December and the experience I had with the store manager was horrendous. When I told her the sizes were not right she said since they were boxing day sales and $10/- special I could only exchange with the $10/- items. I clarified with her if I could pick up any item from the $10/- racks - there were about 3. She said no it has to be from the sweaters only. I therefore spent 15 minutes searching for the sizes I wanted found 2 which I liked and took it to the cashier. She said I should talk to the manager. I waited as she was dealing with another customer and in the meantime selected an extra top I liked. The store manager then turned to me. She said it had to be the exact item in a different size. I said you just told me I could pick up any from the sweater rack so what is the issue as there were no more of the ones I had, in a different size. At this the store manager started talking over me. She said " I dont know how you are hearing things"!!. It was extremely insulting.I even asked her Can I please complete what I was saying? At that she said You are rude and I will not serve you....she had been extremely rude and to suggest that the customer was hearing things!! How dare she ever talk to customers in this manner. I asked her for her name which she refused to give and even took away the tops I had paid for in a huff. I had to tell her that I had paid for those and I want my stuff. You have great stuff and I even wanted to buy an extra top, I had not raised my voice at all and yet she was extremely obnoxious and extremely insulting in her behavior. Does she realise that she has a job because of customers. I will never shop at that location henceforth. At Labels on the other hand they smiled and said thats fine and I could pick up any item I wanted in exchange and if the price was more I would just have to pay the difference. Took me 5 minutes and at Sirens I wasted nearly 30 minutes and had a completely horrible experience.

Always had a good time at Sirens. Amazing deals and sales. Perhaps improving customer assistance. Someone literally told me "I can't help you, it's time for my break. Wait for my colleague" I waited for at least 20 minutes.

Today was not the first time I left this store disappointed ...I go there at least twice a month to spend my money yet the cashier would not take my hundred bill today so I grabbed 1 more dress , no problem. My total was aprox. 50$ .. her coworker, the really really thin, young lady then asked me if I had an ID really disrespectfully , then looked at my ID and MY MONEY!!!! (that I worked for) like I was a criminal ignoring what I’m saying !!? unprofessional customer service , I literally spent 50 dollars on two dresses and I left the store being treated like I’m a criminal or something !! Be happy that people spend their money there, and have some respect kids!! And if you hate dealing with people go work somewhere else because customers are not going in your store to look at your disgusted and unfriendly faces... I won’t be spending another dollar at this location again...

So sick and tired of the lack of customer service at this store. I have been shopping there for years and putting up with it, even through the multiple workers who have come and gone from that store. I purchased two items as part of a deal, understanding they have a no refund policy I told them I would be okay accepting store credit. They then went to tell me that I would have to bring both items and pay the full amount for both items or exchange the item. I explained the item did not fit well whatsoever and they shrugged and told me it’s store policy. Coming from someone who has worked customer service my entire working life this is NOT how you handle these kind of situations. If this is their store policy it should be fixed cause it’s ridiculous!

Waited in line while the cashier was checking out another girl working there and taking their sweet time doing so. First of all you're on company time purchasing clothing for yourself when you should be working. They didn't ask if I needed help or anyone else in the store. They were busy laughing and chatting with each other I mean come on many of us can shop on fashion nova, missguided etc if you really want this store staying afloat maybe treat your customers better so we will return. After this experience i will avoid this store at all cost and from the other reviews I can see im not the only one.

Worst customer service ever. I wasn't even greeted coming in, and no one told me about the storewide sale. Also, I came in one hour before close and apparently that's when they're changerooms close! It was my first time asking to go into a changeroom after the lockdown, so I thought it was a new procedure in place at clothing stores. But I went to Dynamite right after, asked if their changerooms were open and guess what? The changerooms were open, one hour before closing time, so I really don't understand Sirens. ? I didnt end up buying anything at Sirens, even though I really wanted to, but because I couldn't try them on I did not bother. Just an FYI for any shoppers, make sure you get there early if you want to be able to try clothes on.

Went in around 6pm looking for many items. Told only 5 items per change room as per employee. Left 6 other items off to the side of the rack where I was told to place the items. Finishing up trying on the first few items and my items left aside got put away by another employee stating she thought they were put backs. Left immediately why am I going to re pick out the items and not even with any help. Strange way to drive customers away
