L	Liv MacIntosh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most horrible branch of CIBC I have ever had the misfortune to use. I have called trying to setup appointments and there is no operator available during business hours. I have gone in to have changes made to my banking services and instead of adding the correct services to my account they added other credit cards that I didn't ask for. (Which is a logistical nightmare) They frequently cannot pronounce my name or get it incorrect, despite that I have even spoken with the branch manager about it the issues continue. CIBC's services are not even listed as a partner/option for many services that rely on financial institutions as partners on the government of Canada's Websites. I have frequently had to call to have hold on credit card payments removed despite that I have large amount of balance remaining for small online purchases. I plan to switch financial institutions as soon as I have the means. If you are looking for a branch to use I recommend you drive a little farther and find another.

His professional and friendly approach made all the difference! As customer satisfaction is an extension of exceptional customer service, I felt my concerns were addressed in a positive manner.

When he was about to enchash my check and saw that those guys were leaving, he left me hanging with no explanation. He walked them out and had a good chat. I want to leave but my check was on his desk.

This happened again today around 2:30pm. The gentleman in front told us to come back in 30mins. Just curious as to why they have to all take their lunch at the same time?
A	Albert Law on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family opened a new account to bring some of our business to CIBC. Well, they had so many problems with a simple bank deposit, cash and a bank draft from another institution. She couldn't figure out how to find the account and took close to 20 minutes to do the deposit. She held funds on the draft, which is fine if that's their banks policy, odd policy for a draft... but she dropped the first digit of a very large cheque and couldn't figure out how to fix it. No communications of oops or sorry, just another standard transaction. Worst customer service ever, a very poor first impression.

The older woman working at the front desk with the pixie cut is the most patronizing and rude customer service rep I have ever spoke too. I am not the kind of person who would leave bad reviews online but this service was so horrible I had to. Go to any other branch instead.

Woman behind the counter would not allow me to get any loonies without being a customer. Said that to prevent money laundering we can't deal with people that aren't customer s. Could not tell me where I could get loonies, not her problem. My bank is Simplii, a division of CIBC.
M	Melissa Brown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tellers at the front are understaffed . And one person to deal with all of the customers was obviously overwhelming. I think that during a pandemic , we all have to learn patience and kindness to those who are working .. we are all exhausted by this pandemic but we are not showing kindness to the people who are working as we are trying to navigate this new lifestyle. It’s the customers who are rude and disrespectful. Unfortunately in broadmead it’s the areas rich that expect workers to fall at their feet and have no Patience for staff , or a pandemic . It was horrifying to watch staff get treated poorly because of a staffing issue . If you are sick they have to stay home , expect to wait and be patient . Thank you to the staff who are working in this trying time ..
