★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst banking experience I've ever had. Terrible admitted mistakes during account setup have cost me endless money and time. Debit cards didn't work and difficult to get fixed. Staff generally knows little (with exceptions!) And the branch managers even less. Customer service number is useless. Corporate headquarters customer service is rude and useless. Avoid this bank at all costs! Deep regret and can't wait to switch. The Broadmead branch is the worst of a bad lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service.Cant call the branch directly, diverted call to Toronto. Secure emails take up to 3 days to get answered. Call back can take a day .
Waiting on the phone for over an hour to speak to someone. Dropped call. Online booking tool does not work properly. I have been a customer for 50 + years and this is the worst service ever. The bank needs to hire more people and give us direct access to our branch. And fix all the issues above. They are very profitable but complacent!
