★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Words cannot express how fantastic they are...I had a small accident and went into the branch to put in my claim and the representative (Raylene) was just the BEST....helped me with everything...very friendly and knowledgeable and just made a really stressful time so much easier. Helped me submit the claim - even helped to take photos of the damage and submit. I am so grateful! Just the best service ever.

The way Tanis explained my options for coverage it was easy for me to make the right choice. Happy to deal with Tanis again next time.

It was amazingly fast and efficient and enjoyable. In addition I must thank the manager Tawnie Evans for the rapid response to my email of inquiry regarding the process of renewal.
