★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got travel insurance for our family. I was helped quickly. Very reasonable pricing. Girl who helped me asked about our plans for travel, and offered personalized advice, even giving us a website to look for camping spots in. Will use them again :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and friendly service. Let me know i can let my Ontario CAA still cover me until I need to renew my card and then have it switched over to BCAA which was cool. Nice that I didn't need to wait long and was on with the rest of my day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not a member but they were able to squeeze me in between appointments and it was fast. I got a call back 10 mins after stopping by and leaving to browse nearby stores. The front lady and agent were both very friendly, helpful and efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sue really knows what shes talking about and we highly recommend her. She helped us get insurance and she asked us all the right questions and there were things that we didn't even know about that she mentioned that was so helpful.
And she was amazing with our toddler, and just so easy going and nice. Which is nice to see.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. Over an hour on the phone and nothing so I went to the location. 25 mins of sitting waiting and then they tell me they are taking the appointments first. Well why didn't you tell me that when I got there. Don't know why I have a membership you get no better pricing then any other insurance agency. I won't be renewing my membership.
